Website analytics and advertising measurement

We automatically record visits, campaign and click identifiers, pages viewed, and signup interactions. We connect these observations to account signup and subscription payment records to understand which advertising leads to customers. We use a first-party identifier and browser storage for up to 90 days, subject to your browser settings.

For advertising measurement, we may send Google click identifiers and a normalized, SHA-256-hashed email address to match subscription conversions. Hashing does not make this data anonymous. We do not send raw email addresses in analytics events.

We also use the Meta Pixel, which lets Meta (Facebook and Instagram) record page views and signup and demo button clicks on this website and the Facebook click identifier from ad links. Meta uses this to measure and deliver our ads and may combine it with information it already has about you.

We honor Global Privacy Control for advertising measurement. We retain payment and account records needed to provide the service separately from optional website analytics. Browser observations are retained for up to 400 days; signed visitor history expires after 90 days without updates.
