The AI is not an add-on
Every plan comes with a monthly Otto credit that scales with your seats at $5 each — $5 on Solo, $25 on Crew, $75 on Business. That is roughly 60 tasks per seat, and a task is a real piece of work — building a priced multi-option quote from your catalog, creating a customer and a job, booking a visit, or answering a question about your own records. A five-person Crew plan pools roughly 300 of them.
If your team leans on Otto harder than that, an admin can top up $10, $25, or $50 from inside the app. Credits never expire and roll over month to month, so nothing is wasted. Connecting Claude or ChatGPT through our hosted MCP server costs nothing extra — you just need your own subscription with Anthropic or OpenAI.
Your live balance and exactly what each task cost are always visible in-app. We would rather you could check than take our word for it.
